Linked to the maple industry for many years, the Désorcy family has been working on fine-tuning its expertise to maintain a high level of quality since 1994. Maple production is a passion that is passed on from generation to generation in this family. Raynald and his wife, Jocelyne, have spent more than 40 years making their sugar shack, a modern, model maple grove.
Its facilities are at the cutting edge of technology and are always on the lookout for new features to improve performance. Since 1977, the couple has expanded five times its operation. The trees are spread over 234 hectares of woodland. The efforts of their son, Jean-François, are noteworthy since he has always been strongly involved in the family business.
